Sensible questions
Do I need a short-term let licence? +
Yes — Scottish law requires the owner to hold the licence, and we can't list an unlicensed property. If you're mid-application we can get everything ready to launch the day it's granted.
My property is already on Booking.com or Airbnb. +
Ideal — reviews and rankings carry over. We take over the management of your existing listings rather than starting from zero.
What does it cost? +
Founding owners pay 15% commission on the Marketed plan or 20% fully managed, plus VAT. No setup fee, no fee when you have no bookings. Channel commissions (Booking.com, Airbnb) are on top, the same as if you listed there yourself.
Am I tied in? +
No long tie-ins. Honour the bookings already in the diary and you can leave whenever you like.
